Fishing the Sandy River in April and May is a lot of fun! When you get that grab you never know what is on the other end. A Winter, a Summer, or possibly even a Springer. This is a very cool time of the year. This fish was one of three fish hooked that day and was a very bright little wild winter hen.

Finally got some rain fishing is back on!
This fish came back twice for the fly on the same swing! Have to love those agressive wild fish.
This little hen jumped three times before she came in.
